I think it’s just how much he’s wanted to be political throughout his life. He always needs to say “something.” As King, that could really get him into trouble. He will struggle to not get involved in situations he should avoid.

I'm of advanced age and each time a person of note passes away I look at their age. Some die young and some die old, some in the middle.
But holy crap this woman was older than my father who passed 10+ years ago at 84.

Every time I see “HRM” my brain recites it as “Herm”. So now all these headlines are calling Queen Lizzy “Herm”, and I’m okay with this.

Lol I’ve been to Europe probably 8 times now. This might come as a shock to you but not everyone in England loved the Queen. I don’t even dislike her I just don’t get the obsession.
