I've noticed lately I've been having like 1 drink a night most nights lately. I only have more than 2 or 3a few times a month. Wondering if I should be worried about this or not.

Perfectly fine - now if it is 5 + a night - you may want to take a break.

This world is tough and sometimes you just need to unwind.

I’m a beer or wine with dinner guy and do happy hour 3 times a week on average.

The thing I have started trying to do is never drink alone unless it’s with dinner. It crept up with the pandemic so this makes it both social and makes me cut back.

Winston Churchill reportedly said there are two types of problem drinkers, those that drink too much and those that don't drink enough, Winston had some great insights!

I have one drink 5-6 days a week. Rarely much more than that unless it’s an even or like when I went to the game in Iowa city this year.

Yeah, I think there have been some studies more recently that have really dialed back on that idea.
My wife is in pathology and does a good amount of medical autopsies. She says when they have people with histories of alcoholism that their livers are wrecked but their blood vessels are pristine. So I would say the cardiovascular benefits of alcohol is there if done in moderation. Obviously the other negative effects may make it a net-zero or worse if done to excess.
