Oh I'm married all right. But my wife travels for business she's going to be gone like 60 something days from June-August. :)

Wait, you're getting a cleaning service because your wife if going to be out of town a lot?

I watched a movie like that once.

If that's the case, go set up a booth on ISU's campus and find a "live in college girl maid" for those months. Call it an internship.

This sounds like something my wife would do if I had to be out of town for awhile. Either that or I'd come home to piles of disposable dishes & silverware in and around a heaping trash can.

You don't need a cleaning person for all 3 months, just for the day before your wife gets home.

The smiley at the end of that statement makes me think that Curt nailed it with his suggestion.

How often they come depends on how dirty you are and how much you want to spend. I tend to think bi-weekly works the best. If it's just you without a family, pushing it to 3 or 4 weeks might work.

If you want yard work done, i would hire a separate service for that.

Lastly, make sure to put all the expenses onto a credit card and carry that balance until it is large enough to pay with some of your 401k. :jimlad:
