Hide & Seek: Cyclone Style!

So I thought of an idea of a fun little game we could play here and if the mods like this enough maybe we could make it a sticky? Ever wonder who here has which vanity ISU license plates? Well here's the way this works. If you see a plate, post it here and if it happens to be someone's that posts here reply to that post and tell us what your plate means if it's not clear what the letters stand for. DO NOT put your own plate on here, see if someone else happens to see it an post it hence the "hide & seek" part of this. I'll start with one I saw this morning:
