It's such an interesting case, because the whole spirit of the movie would totally land with Gen Z, but the actual jokes they used 100% would NOT.
It's the reverse Blazing Saddles. People always say "you couldn't make Blazing Saddles today" and there would undeniably be people that wouldn't look past the literal language used and make a scene, but if you actual pay attention to the situations, the message, who's the butt of the jokes, etc, it's 100% a tear down of racism, sexism, and American exceptionalism.
At some point we should probably discuss the collapse of public interest in original entertainment content.
