Us RTTers don't need an invitation to show up...

Plus, as uninvited guests we don't have to bring a present. Cool!

When did it come accepted common practice to have your cell phones on blast in waiting rooms? Three stops this morning - first one, this woman had her phone on facetime and was have a VERY loud conversation with someone on the other end whose entire conversation consisted of eff this and effing that. I wanted so badly to go stand over her shoulder and watch the conversation. When she asked me why, I would tell her that if I was forced to hear it, I might as well participate in it. However, she was twice my size and half my age. It probably would have ended poorly for me.

Second one, this guy (probably late fifty-ish) was playing a game on and it sounded like that clip of Trump doing the "bing, bingbong, bingbing" bit in one of his rally speeches.

Third one, there were so many cell phone games & videos playing they were competing in a wall of sound. We finally went out in the hall to get away from all the noise.

Maybe they're escaping their medical worries, but they were definitely annoying many of the rest of us.

I don't understand how anyone would think it is okay to play any games in public on any volume setting other than mute or with air buds. I haven't played any phone games in about a year because it was such a time sink. But most of them I didn't even know what the game sounded like because I always had the games muted.

I think people have gotten incredibly numb to how disrespectful sharing all your phone noises in public with everyone else is.

Get a clue, people!!!

Next time someone has the phone on speaker or a face time call on speaker in a public space, just play music loudly on your phone and then move closer to them. Maybe they will get the hint.

...probably not.
