If that was your car, do you just keep walking on by? Get an Uber and call your insurance agent tomorrow. There's nothing to gain from a confrontation with the owners of the neighboring cars.

One night game at JTS, a junkie camper went up in flames. Easily seen from the west side. Flames had to have been 25 feet high. IRRC, coals from a bbq were deposited near or under the camper.
This was the voice I heard!
