Off topic...

Years ago, I used to live at 302 Hickory Dr (behind Litzel Lumber) when it was new. At that time, that complex (as well as the ones right by Lincoln Way) were built and owned by a retired ISU architecture professor and his wife, I think. They lived in a nice house back there. As the apartments were new and had some bugs (like the plumbers piping hot water to the toilets), I got to visit them a few times to get those things straightened out.

Just curious who owns them now.
