Is anyone here from Harlan? I need some recommendations for an ISP. I have a clinic there I need to set up with a static IP and decent bandwidth but can only find info on Harlan Utilities. Havent been overly happy with them. Thank you in advance.

Try FMCTC (Farmer's Mutual Coop Telephone Company or something like that)

I didn't live in town so only had DSL through FMCTC...
cant think of who provides the cable in town for some reason, drawing a complete blank but i think it is HMU (Harlan Municipal Utilities)
