In all my years I never figured out how to actually cure a hangover......except to drink again. I did finally figure out how to avoid one though. When I have been drinking, the last thing I drink before I go to bed has to be a carbonated beverage....with no alcohol. Club Soda is good. So is 7-up or Sprite. A cola will work.....but not as well. If I drink a couple glasses of a carbonated beverage right before I sleep I seem to avoid the hangover. I don't know why it works.....but it does.

Lots of water, and a few ibuprofin before bed. Then as much water as you can cram into yourself in the morning. Staying hydrated is key.

Dairy Queen Blizzard. Period... end of story. Try it!

The early intervention plan.... is to drink as much OJ as you can stand prior to turning in after the binge, but once the hangover grabs hold.... go grab hold of a blizzard.

I will swear by the water. It helps flush your system out, but I think as long as you are getting some type of fluid in your body it will help.

Sleep til 3 in the afternoon, and if this doesn't work, take advil and then TRY to get back to sleep cause you know when you wake up,headache no more.

I usually just sleep until noon. Get up a few times and drink water and take an aspirin or two. Go back to bed. That usually works for me.

Man I remember the college days where hangovers lasted for an hour. Just a few short years later (I'm 25), they last most of the day now.

If everyone had the luxury of sleeping in until noon there would be no need for a hangover cure.

I swear by PowerAde and croissants. The PowerAde helps get you rehydrated and the croissants do wonders to settle your stomach.

Drink Pedialyte (sp?) before going to bed, or Gatorade. You will never wake up with a hangover.

Before drinking chew a few tums and that will coat your stomach and you won't be sick or hungover either.

Sardines with skoal.

I really pity folks who don’t drink. When they get up in the morning, that’s as good as they’re going to feel all day.
