According to some posters on the IowaPreps message board. I have no idea if they are true or not, but the rumor is spreading to other boards as well.

That makes sense, because he said a decision would be made before the July evaluation period begins.

Final 3: Wisconsin, ISU, and Gonzaga

Well, if thats true, I bet its Gonzaga. If it were ISU or Iowa, we wouldve heard about it before. No worries here, i dont think he's the next Kirk Hinrich.

I think it comes down to Wisconsin or ISU. I'm really hoping its us though, obviously. Our 08 recruiting class would look pretty good with Buckley, Wes, Gibbs and Markloff. Even better with Zeller! :yes4lo:

I really think Gonzaga came into the picture too late. I think Grant had his mind set on a school and it's down to ISU and Wisconsin.

I hate to say it...but if we want to make this program special we will HAVE to start landing any 4 star 6'5 PG from the state of Iowa. Basically, we have to keep home state studs in the ISU family. I'm not saying this guy is crucial right now but in time we have to be getting these kind of kids imho.

...and you know this how? :dull8ay:

Because they are Hawk fans, and it would kill them to see a kid from 30 miles from mecca go to little old Iowa State.

Now, he may very well go to Wisconsin, but we are still in very good shape with this kid.

I really doubt this kid will pan out to be a stud. Watching his HS team play last year I didn't even remember him standing out at all.

I think he really stood out starting with the AAU circuit this summer. With a 6'5" guard that young, it doesn't surprise the he might not have stood out earlier. With the number and level of offers, he certainly stood out to the coaches with the schollies.
