When I first read the thread title I thought you were seeking help with tips on smoking meat or needed a number to call to get some "medication." No problems here tho

I had similar issues the other day. I cleared out my cookies and temporary internet and ran my antivirus and found some "potentially unwanted programs".
The ads went away.
