Idea: Gameday Chat Room?

Maybe I have missed this thread somewhere but why not add a gameday chat instead of having these "official" gameday threads? Seems like it would be so much easier for everyone to be able to chat during games than constantly refresh/post in these threads. Maybe it's a bandwidth issue, I don't know but seems like a very easy feature to add that would really benefit the users of this site.

I would think there is some kind of java app out there that would * out any bad words if you had a list of them. Heck the message boards already do that. Again, back to the bandwidth issue again I'm sure but I find it hard to believe the moderation issue so guessing this is the biggest issue. Still would be a wonderful feature to add to this site if there is a way to make it happen.

I've been thinking of this too, much easier than keeping up with a thread. Got to be a off site chat room link we could find and use
