I'm one of the people that has been waiting for WoW (Not since 2011, luckily) but I have come to the understanding that I will probably never get a fully completed ASoIaF series. And will have to settle for either the notes of GRRM or someone from a publishing company finishing it after he passes(I hope they don't do this, but can see the money grab side of it already).
I hope I am wrong. Lookin at you George. Although, he did warn us.
I wouldn't be surprised if he wrote into his will another author gets the rights to finish the series. Probably researching authors with the longest, most drawn out writing process right now. Just to screw with us from the grave.
The Final Season will begin sometime in April. No firm date has been set.
Love the show but man I almost forgot about the final season.... The wait is too long!
It's been a long time coming and a long time yet to wait, but I'm still pretty damn excited!
