They didn't expect the AD to be this incompetent with its football hires. No one did.Big10 is now trying gimmicks to pump any life they can into a dead Fusker program. They really thought they had something when Nebby left the Big12.
I figure 15 years of overseas games should do the trick.
If you ask Nebby, they are the same level of brand as ND.I support the idea of having a game in a different country. But ND should be one of the teams otherwise it is dumb.

No thanks.I would LOVE it if ND was matched up to play Iowa State in Ireland!
They aren't even on the level of North Dakota, let alone Notre Dame.If you ask Nebby, they are the same level of brand as ND.
If it was Huskers vs. Hoks and they both had to stay...wow! Like winning the lottery.Do we have to let them back into the US after the game? This could be a win for everyone if coordinated correctly.
Well, except the Irish.
Those candy assed fans wouldn’t stand a chance in those Irish bar fights. If it was Huskers vs. Hoks and they both had to stay...wow! Like winning the lottery.
What they said about playing in yankee stadium.Yes Nebby is a joke but there's really nothing not cool about this, Aviva Stadium is a pretty amazing venue.

I remember one year Iowa came to Madison and I was in a bar--Hawk fan called a local pale ale 'weed beer' because it smelled like...a pale ale. Apparently anything that's not Busch Light is weed.
The looks Husker fans will get in pubs. Yikes.
I went to Dublin for the 2018 USMNT Friendly vs. Ireland @ Aviva Stadium, and it was a fun, fun trip!Ireland is awesome ... I would 100% attend a ISU game there.
UNL would NEVER EVER give up a home game.
