But for real, "if it were me when i was in school i got places to go im not standin one spot for ***** and giggles just for the sake of doing it"...probably not, you probably had some really cool parcheesi game to attend to with your dorm hall coordinator. No no, better yet, an all night game of Risk in the dorm lounge! You rascal you! Better hope mom didnt find out about your weekend Atari escapades!

Not by the laws of public freezes. Police cannot interfere with freezes whether or not a law is bein broken. I mean, for one, its totally not fair for them to interfere as the freezers are frozen and cannot be unfrozen until the freezing time is up. Even if a cop were to try to interfere, they would have to haul away the freezer in their frozen position, this in itself would be quite difficult.
