They've been putting out one a day recently, so far they have us as...

125 - UR
133 - Hall 5th
141 - UR
149 - Moreno 17th
157 - UR
165 - UR
174 - Weathespoon 7th

184-HWT yet to come this week.

Intermat preseason rankings come out on the 18th.

Doesn't look real good when taken at face value, and it's pretty fair based on known results, but I also think it's reasonable to believe we could get Larson ranked lowly at 125, along with Gabe moving up, as we all know what he's capable of when he's healthy. Hopefully he comes back strong this year.

Also, I certainly don't blame them for not ranking Dane at 165, since he's never made that weight, but it sounds like that's the plan, so if he gets down there he could make his way into the top 20.

141 and 157 will take marked improvement to become ranked, but it's definitely not out of the realm of possibility.

Downey at 184 will probably be our last ranked guy for now, but he should be top 5 at least.

I heard 141 for Gabe. I think he probably slots in at about the same spot in the rankings there. I don't how I feel about it (if true), he didn't look good at 141 at all his freshman year.

Who does that leave for 149? Meeks too small. Dante shirting. Straw or RRS making the cut?

Who would be 141 if gabe goes 149? I know Meeks but off the top of my head I don't know who else.

It's going to be interesting to see the release before the first set of duals with all these possible weight changes. The only big one reflected on the roster is Pestano, but obviously that isn't set in stone.

Flowrestling puts Downey 7th at 184. That weight class is gonna be the one to watch this year. A whole lot of talent and accomplishments among the top 20.

I think he still has the best shot of doing something at Nationals for ISU, even more so than Hall. After him putting it together last year at a higher weight with the injuries I have no reason to believe he wont excel this year at 184. I think he will be the sleeper title contender in that weight class. He is going to look enormous.

Boston at 125 is not happening anymore.
I think Boston wrestles 133 until Earl is eligible and Meeks at 141.

Didn't mean to scare you Isuska.

On a good note, got my season ticket renewal form yesterday. Section 134 will be rocking again.

Also, looks like 2 Beauty & the Beast events this year. Jan 6 vs ASU and Jan 29 vs Oklahoma

Yes, Gabe will be 141. RSR and Shaw are planning to cut to 149. Diblasi is the leader at 157. Simmons & Larsen will battle at 125.
