Before looking at the article let me guess.

Peavy 7th round to undrafted free agent.
Butler is round 3-4.
David is round 2-3.

Edit: pretty close and I don't make a living being a "draft Analyst"

You only got 33% of your guesses wrong. So I would say you are a little better than the experts.

Mel Kiper is right about 3% of the time. He's even dumber than his haircut.

What do you consider being "right"?

He said Butler a potential round 1 but somewhere in the first 3 rounds. Montgomery likely a day 2 guy and Peavy in late rounds.

What is there to disagree with there? Sounds pretty accurate IMO.

I don't know how accurate this statement is but it's amazing that someone gets paid like Mel Kiper does to basically talk like a used car salesman and can be wrong about everything and not have it matter.

Obviously I was being dramatic with 3% but that was my point...

Only difference between him and us posters is he gets paid.

Except that Kiper's avator has the top of his head . . . to show off his glorious hair.

I consider all of these "draft analysis" to be like NCAA bracketologists. They have no say in the matter, and offer click bait material for their websites.

And CF members overstate the professional chances of ISU athletes x 10 and are almost always wrong on the topic.....then they try to tell you talent evaluators in the NFL and NBA are clueless. You guys are priceless.
