Tell him you support him and what he is doing at ISU. It sounds like he has had a rough week and needs our support. We need this guy for ISU. He gets a lot of negative emails why not send him postive ones.

Frankly I hope Pollard's secretary is on auto delete for anything that isn't important like this during a time when he's probably working 100 hours a week.

Good idea. I'm just going to wait a while to email him. He has enough on his plate right now.

Not only did I do this early this morning, but I also sent in my Cyclone Club donation, and I decided to raise it! Made this decision last night as I pondered the situation.

I really hope they hire a coach before Friday. That way the new coach has a chance to meet the players BEFORE they go home for the Christmas break.

Hopefully, Jamie feels the same way...

Thanks for starting this thread! I e-mailed him earlier this morning. JP is a class act.

Nice job by Jamie at the presser. Anybody that has read my past posts knows I have not agreed with JP on some of his moves as I was upset about Morgan not getting a 4th year, and thought we should have stayed focused on Brian Kelly 2 years ago since Chiz had no head coaching experience. I did support removing DMac and think JP has done a good job of fundraising. I have never doubted JP's dedication to ISU, but in today's presser I heard a little humility along with his sincerity, and a real pride in ISU. I think he will learn from what has happened and after hearing this presser I am much more confident he will get this one right. After hearing him today I know JP is convinced as I am that we have a lot to offer at ISU and can get a good coaching staff that can win here. I'm so glad Chiz is gone because I saw very little in his first two years to make me think he has the coaching smarts to build a program. He might be ok at Auburn if he has great coordinators and he can be a CEO type head coach, but he's not the smart and dedicated program builder we need. I have re-newed excitement about our football program and can't wait to find out who JP gets.

I have not seen the press conferance but until Jamie get's our programs going in the right direction I am not telling him anything about how great he is. since he has come here we have done nothing but go down hill.
We have made some good improvements to facilities though. I will give him that. Unfortunetly I don't care how nice the place is if we are losing.

Just did. Said please don't respond because I know you're busy. But gave him my 100% support.
