Easy Two Credit Class Needed

Anyone have an easy two credit class at ISU? Doesn't matter what it is, but it just needs to cover 1.5 credits needed for graduation. Thanks

HRI 383 - "Intro to Wine, Beer, and Spirits"

One class meeting per week for two hours. Each class includes drinking.

I agree with this. I did the same and it allowed me to miss a few classes, skip the "required" field trip, and still pass.

Either Walking and Bowling, or HRI 383, or you can get in HDFS 283 (Doug Borkowski class). HDFS 283 is a pretty easy A (3 credits) and also you learn quite a bit about finances (basics, but good to know).

I would take 383 P/F if you go that route. That class is actually fairly tough.

Speech communications 110 is entitled "listening" (3 credits). If your ears function you will do fine. You do have to show up on occasion though.

Take volleyball. Forget the class #. I took it twice.

I was exactly that short and wound up talking to a few of my instructors and doing independent studies with them. It's as easy as talking to one of your favorite instructors and asking them if you can get 1 credit hour of independent study from them.

Usually they will find things that are interesting to you and that you would actually get value from.

Ent 211. 10 week course. Have to try to get worse than a B.

Geology 100. HDFS 276 but I would guess that is full. If you are not a business major take some intro business class like MGMT 370

Exactly. I was in MIS and was taking a networking/systems class. I told my instructor I was interested in the security part, social engineering and hacking. He handed me a Cisco firewall and said "I'll give you 1 credit hour if you detail how you could gain access to this firewall physically, then how you would change settings on it once you actually had access to it."

I wrote a 5 page paper talking about how I'd socially engineer people at a company to gain access, then detailed with screenshots how to make changes to the hardware once I had access. I handed him back his Cisco firewall configured with my settings when I gave him my paper.

It was entertaining, challenging, and I found it to be highly valuable.
