You will have a good time downtown as long as you avoid the following places:

1: Kamodo Club
2: Surf Shack
3: 101 Lounge
4: Pelican Bar

That is unless you are a tapout ****** or straight effen white gangsta wannabe. Then you will fit in very well.

Personal favorites are CABCO and Shortys. However it has gotten much more "in style" to go to Shortys so it's much more crowded and not as much fun.

I was very inebriated the last time I was there but I believe Wellman's and/or Zim's has the "Bags" video game. It's not my cup of tea, but those are the only places I can remember playing it.

We use to walk over to the Underground all the time, once or twice a week, lately it has gotten a little different. Supposedly from what I've read on some dm sites, it's a hangout of local Asian gangs. About a month or two ago there was I believe 3 people stabbed there, however I believe they were Bosnian. Needless to say we stopped going there.

watch out for those Asian gangs

Last time at Wellman's they did have the bags game as well as buck hunter. I know Johnnys and the Undergroud have buck hunter as well.

That's a waste of energy. Plant your *** on a stool at the Greenwood around noon, leave when Paul kicks you out.

Hey, a man's gotta eat.

And that sounded like a dig at the Alpine. This aggression will not stand.

No mention of Flanny's?

Forgot about Tim's! It's like a liquor island all the way out on there on MLK. If it was across the street you'd call it a downtown, or maybe even Sherman Hill bar.

Thats alot of bars already, you don't want to spend all of your time between bars instead of AT them... I live right in the east village so I frequent most of those places... You can't go wrong with the whole Court Center (except Liars if your 32). A couple of my buddies own Beechwood and I don't mind it there, cheep drinks... Never had any problems at the Underground.

Yeah... thats his list of bars... I figured we would hit a couple. I'm not really into running between bars more then drinking at them

I think Hessin haus is where we will start at 2 or 3pm. Then we might head east for some beers, keep in mind we are going to walk it. Not sure about what is in between, but high life and bait shop are the final stops at 8 or so for supper.

Well... We haven't had a time to do a mid afternoon bar crawl before since leaving college, so we figured this is a good time to do it. Just happens to be his birthday, and he is picky...

If you're doing a bar crawl, you can't start downtown. Start at The Greenwood on Ingersol and make your way east. Some of the best 'hole' bars in the world are on Ingersol, and there is plenty of what you're looking for. If you hit every one, you should be pretty well toast by the time you get to Royal Mile.
