Boot Texas from the Big XII and add TCU/Houston. I think all twelve teams would come out better in the long run. Screw what would happen to Texas.

Wasn't Jim Delany the first conference commissioner to spout off about expansion?

I remember a story on ESPN.com about "what you should know" about expansion from the B10 perspective. On of the point was that the B10 was not interested in hurting any other porgrams.

On behalf of KU and KSU I just want to thank Jim Delany for that.
