ROKU works the best but the sub standard nature of the product across the board is very disappointing.
Any Update I have tried with no luckAh, just ******* great, again. Just checked and I can get the live feed that is currently on Mediacom, a replay of an old ISU/UNI game but no sound. Of course I get sound for the lead in commercial thingy from Toyota. Guess I should prepare for a bunch of disappointed fans at the gamewatch Saturday night. Maybe I'll just buy them all a round and go home.![]()
Fail, fail, and fail again. Still getting a 404 error if i try to update my account, subscribe, etc.
I likewise have not had problems, but I am at all the home games so my experience with live broadcasts is limited to soccer, softball, media days, call in shows and the other live events.I'll say it. I've never had an issue with Cyclones TV other than too many Gaga commercials. That said, I wasn't using it during their football debacles. This will be the first time I've watched a football game using the service, so hopefully they're good to go.
So I'm trying to get my subscription set up for the fall and I keep getting an error (E00040 - The record cannot be found).
Anyone else having this problem or know what I'm doing wrong? I've been trying since Saturday and attempted to set it up on 3 seperate devices and get the same thing each time. Usually CY.tv will at least take my money before it stops working.

I have had it before. First time it happened I emailed support and they eventualy reset something with my account. Second time it happened I relogged and it worked after a few hours.just bought the weekend pass this morning. CyclonesTV says there is some live content, but when i try to play it it says it's "Premium Content Purchase Subscription". hope this isnt a sign of terrible things to come. I emailed support, but has anyone else had this issue?
