I keep my computer on the ESPN box score when we watch games at home...and occasionally flip over to the play-by-play. If I could get a signal in Hilton or Trice, I might do the same thing on my phone. It doesn't, so I watch the game, try to get the info I want off the ribbons, and ask the guy in front of me (who for some reason ALWAYS has a signal).

Still spend more time watching the game & cheering (even at home) than I do looking at the computer screen.

Untrue. Nothing like this ever happened until this young generation. We all focused intently on the task at hand with phenomenal mixture of appropriate steadfastness and intense levels of noise.

this whole phenomena is called 2nd screen and is a problem not just at live events but while people watch tv at home.

Its a major problem for tv advertisers

They did a lot of talking at the handshake. All I could tell was Bill was getting hot, and saying "you are kidding me." Couldn't tell if he was mad at her or something that happened that he didn't know about.

He said in the Register that she asked him about something that happened down there, and he had to 'set her straight' was the words he used, I believe.

It was great the refs were calling many of their fouls in the press. Something that rarely happened down there, if our radio folks are credible witnesses. Meant we were also called for some really touchy stuff, but if that is the price we have to pay for getting their hacks called...
