cyclone.TV pooped out again

Cannot stream the video for ISU/Drake WBB game. Just freezes and repeats the first 1:30 of the game. Exact same issue on two different computers here so it isn't a me thing. Radio feed is working.

Edit: just announced on radio it ain't working. God our tech contracted support just SUCKS.
