Id think you'd even be able to know the difference. The other college towns you mentioned have their entertainment districts combined as opposed to separate like Ames.

Lawrence and IC, yes, but Manhattan, no. Plus all of them have different establishments for different crowds, and the "college-aged" bars in those towns are still nicer.

No, the apartments/mixed use dev is next to Outlaws, an old house was there prior.

No, that's the dumpy 2-story house that's right next to Outlaws that's marked.

I bet the Randall Company wishes they waited a year for the Outlaws site to open up. They probably could have redeveloped that whole block all the way to Hayward.
