The Beutjter (sp) thing happened like 7 years ago. I wouldn't call that "recent" by any means. Jake got beat out by a younger player and is leaving. Pretty typical.

He was great for the team at Iowa and was a good student athlete. Iowa will miss him even though he had almost zero chance of playing again.

Seriously, Jon Beutjer????? He got in a fight with his roommate and it had nothing to do with football. Beutjer was like 6'5" 200 lbs and got in a fight with Aiello who was like 6'3" 290lbs....hmmm....the fact that Beutjer got thrown through a closet door is not surprising, but again, it has nothing to do with football. Aiello's teammates looked up to him (and maybe they didn't like beutjer)
