And with all of the love for the WWE on this site it's pretty comical that so many people can't realize when they are being worked.
It's pretty simple CW and Miller are friends, some of you that don't or can't fathom having friends that cheer for a rival team is comical/sad to me. You really need to get out more.

You and @The_Gent seem to forget that posters and lurkers are not the same thing in a typical forum... Not sure what the ratio is for CF, but most forums I see are somewhere between 10 or even 20:1 lurker to poster ratio. Lurkers will be the ones watching videos and listening to podcasts and stuff, possibly moreso than most of the forum posters.
It's entirely possible to have a popular segment to lurkers or casual users that regular or power posters may not enjoy.
This is correct. We have way more lurkers/readers than active posters. Not sure of the exact ratio though.
I would prefer listening to Fitzy fart than anything out of Jon Miller's mouth.

You're getting worked here. I didn't listen as I knew CW would be CW. It's not an act- CW is a pushover and Miller's niche is a sad obsession with ISU (and why he failed miserably at the BTN). Miller and CW may draw downloads, but that combination never makes for good listening. I recommend you venture out and listen to some real talent and you'll understand.
No idea why people have such a problem with the podcast? Don't listen if you don't like it. Problem solved. Miller isn't always my favorite but who cares? Thought it was a good segment.
That is more or less part of my point. By posting on this thread I am trying to demonstrate an opposing opinion on the joint podcast/feelings towards Hawkeyes fans/and how one perceives and should deal with the vocal minority of hawk trolls we encounter.
So, when you say "listened to", do you actually know how many people push play, or is it just "downloaded'? I always thought that podcasters weren't concerned whether people were actually listening and just wanted/knew the down load numbers, because the software couldn't pull out actual "listens".
It's probably semantics, but I don't doubt that the downloads were up there with ISU fans already having it on auto - download and you then would see a spike in Iowa fans searching it out and casual ISU fans downloading more pods during ISU vs. Iowa week.
I would imagine it's also the vocal minority posting that it was awful and they turned it off or didn't listen, but just wondering if you can really know if a bunch of people didn't listen or turned it off. ...just curious?
Right now, JStanz is trolling. I'll take the bait for one post and be done. I'm actually losing respect for JStanz this week. Chris explained his reasons: I haven't listed and won't, but he had reasons. JStanz is egging us all on. Not cool, Bro. From someone who doesn't make listening to your podcasts a priority, your aren't helping to change my mind in this thread.
Also, the front page of "What I admire about the uofi" isn't helping my attitude either. Did you all lose a bet where you have to run turncoat for a week?
