Can’t add tickets to wallet?

I can’t add my tickets to my wallet on the app. Also doesn’t work on the website. Anyone else having this issue? Any tips to solve?? Thanks!

I had that problem a couple years ago with my iPhone. I actually went to the Apple store to get some help. I got it fixed by accessing the cyclones.com via Safari instead of Chrome. Worked perfectly for me.

I had the problem last year and just tried and have the same problem this year. I have no problem adding my parking pass but the tickets just say your pass is being activated.

Does someone else have your credentials? Email ISU tomorrow and they'll ask you to reply to the email they send and they'll reset your account Thursday.

My parking pass took a day to be able to add to wallet. Tickets were right away.

I had the same problem (after having no problems the last two years). I called the ticket office and they tried a couple different things but no go. They said to stop by the ticket office on Saturday before the game and they'd see if they could figure it out on my phone.

This is what I had to do and it worked for me. Takes some time to complete.

I’ve tried signing out and the display setting and nothing. Gonna try to run an update. If anyone has any other suggestions let me know.

I hate to jinx myself, but I've never had problems adding my tickets to my Apple Wallet. The one thing that I do (that may or may not matter) is that I access the tickets from cyclones.com and not the Iowa State app (i.e. I go to Safari on my phone). I also do not access them from the Ticketmaster app.

It was asked on here several days ago, and others mentioned to contact the ticket office by phone or email, as a fix.

You then asked again today, saying you tried everything else suggested, so with that if nothing else worked it was suggested to try the ticket office. Figuring if you were not getting anything else to work, the ticket office may need to reset your account etc. As others stated what was needed for them.

The idea of having them in your wallet is because many times the network gets overloaded and you can not access the web, hence you cant access your tickets via the website. So that minor inconvenience not only causes you problems but everyone behind you in line waiting for you to try to get them to load from the web when the network is overloaded and not working.

I should have read this thread earlier this week, I had the same problem this morning.

Using the Cyclones app, I wasn't able to add to my wallet when selecting the "My tickets & parking" option like I usually do, but I could add them to my wallet using the 2nd option of the "My tickets & parking mobile web version". Hope this helps, and good luck everyone.

Im the guy that cant add a ticket to my wallet now. Ticketmaster now doesnt like that my ID for them doesnt match my apple ID so it disables the ticket in the wallet.

ISU is sending me a form I can fill out to fix this new issue. Silly technology.
