I had the same problem (after having no problems the last two years). I called the ticket office and they tried a couple different things but no go. They said to stop by the ticket office on Saturday before the game and they'd see if they could figure it out on my phone.I can’t add my tickets to my wallet on the app. Also doesn’t work on the website. This is what I had to do and it worked for me. Takes some time to complete.Does someone else have your credentials? Email ISU tomorrow and they'll ask you to reply to the email they send and they'll reset your account Thursday.
Contact the ticket office.I’ve tried signing out and the display setting and nothing. Gonna try to run an update. If anyone has any other suggestions let me know.
It was asked on here several days ago, and others mentioned to contact the ticket office by phone or email, as a fix.I was able to get the icon to appear after I updated the software.
Not sure why I would contact the ticket office the day before the game for a minor inconvenience. I still had access to tickets, just couldn’t get them in my wallet. If you are having trouble try running an update first.
