And probably leave them in a worse situationAt least his kid is QB and he is pretty good. But yeah Sanders will depart Colorado for greener pastures.

Agree with this. He seems like generally a good person. He clearly works hard and has been unbelievably successful in several different occupations (pro athlete, analyst/commentator personality and now coach).I don't see how. If he was following up a successful period like the McCartney years then yeah, I get the sentiment. But he is coming into one of the more disastrous P5 programs of the last decade. He should be able to recruit to Boulder and if he can't he's really screwing up.
I think it was a gamble worth making for them. I'm not a Deion fan, never have been, even since his playing days. But while I don't like his style it's not like he's a deplorable human being, at least relative to his peers, so really don't see him running a worse program than anyone else. Remember, we are talking about a sport that has employed the likes of Freeze, Petrino, Kiffin etc, often giving these pukes multiple chances after disgraces.
He'll be 'fine'.
I don't know if that's possible. They were probably in a worse spot than we were when Chizik left us. Not only have they been bad, they were losing their fan base. And probably leave them in a worse situation

People (myself included) just can't stand him because of his extreme arrogance and hubris. Whether he can back it up, or not, most people don't and wont like someone who talks like he does. I can somewhat tolerate it from a young athlete in their 20's. Hearing it from a 56 year old man is extremely weird. It feels like he hasn't matured at all from his playing days.

Yeah, from what I've seen, Sanders is so strict with his players' dress codes and behaviors, that if he were white he'd probably get accused of being racially insensitive.
He's arrogant as hell, but I think he sets a fairly standard for public behavior off the field.
... and a fair number of 'me' versus 'we' situations. A lot of **** can happen when that occurs.Well, since culture doesn’t matter to Coach Prime, I’m guessing many off field issues will eventually lead to very poor on field performances
Yes, hence my comment previously.Wasn't part of the Iowa racism lawsuit over stuff like this?
Just saying…..I’m going to put my prediction here for all the world to see. Lol. Colorado will start 3-0. That means beating TCU and Nebraska. The media will all be abuzz about them. They will be ranked. Then the floor will fall out. They will lose all games left except the Stanford game and finish 4-8.
Texas would be a perfect fit for Neon. It would be Hell for CMC.”all you need is good players…”

This is going to end poorly for Colorado.
I predict they will destroy Nebraska. I watched half of the TCU game. They have some great talent. Love him or hate him he understands modern college football. Sadly , many of the good things of the past no longer exist. Just big business and Sanders intends to win, maybe at all costs.I’m going to put my prediction here for all the world to see. Lol.
