Think I am heading to bed-but Canada making a run with a smaller line-up 34-28, Bridgett with five points.Canada getting pushed around with some uneven foul calling at 8:00 minute mark in the 2nd Q, down 34-23. Bridget is being covered pretty tightly.
I've been trying to follow it, too. I even posted a thread for Team USA under pro sports (it includes a link to the tourney website): https://cyclonefanatic.com/forum/th...-great-play-at-world-cup.273815/#post-8505470Thanks for all the updates! I have been trying to follow the FIBA tournament but that time zone difference is a doozy.
Thanks for the score update. It was, like, a 12-point deficit for Canada when I stepped away from the computer for a few minutes, and when I got back it was a 25-point game. Final was a 95-65 loss. Bridget with 7 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds.
Bridget named to "All Star Five" for the tourney!!!
Not a surprise -- the money is not guaranteed, so it was almost certain she would get a QO as a restricted free agent. Still, it seems likely Carleton will remain with the Lynx. She's a solid cheap depth option for them.
