Tiefenthaler's Jalapeno Cheddar or Bacon Cheddar. The philly cheesesteak ones are good too.

For Condiments: Brown or Dijon Mustard, I also like saurkraut on them sometimes (German heritage).

Not exactly sure.
This year I bought a tailgate griddle. For GS we did cheesesteaks. For football one time, I’m going to replace the steak with brat chunks, add a few mushrooms and use cheddar cheese. Should be a quick and easy meal.

Edgewood locker cheddar and bacon. Fareway bakery brat bun. Liberal amounts of Frank’s kraut (canned only) and red onions.

Edgewood brats are awesome but they're fully cooked and are more of a emulsified sausage instead of course ground. I always get the 24 variety samplers. The dill pickle, mango habanero, and blueberry maple are probably my favorites.
