Brats! Summer grilling.

Can't go wrong with Tiefenthalers jalapeno cheddar. I recently tried Fareway's Pico de Galo brat and enjoyed them on a tortilla with pepperjack cheese, avocado, and red onion. A brat taco.

If you don’t have access to a local butcher or unique brands… honestly the johnsonville pepper jack brats are pretty good for being prepackaged.

Best ones I've ever had were these.

Anything from Bichelmeyer Meats in Kansas City, KS. I especially like the chicken brats smoked on my barrel smoker! Stop by Bichelmeyer' when you are in KC for the next Big 12 event - maybe for tailgating ahead of the Cyclones vs. Jayhawks Football game at Arrowhead on November 9th!

If anyone is ever in Minneapolis, there's a Ukranian deli called Kramarczuk. Tons of brats, sausages, etc in their deli case.

Happy Pride to those who celebrate up here in MPLS

I'm going to put some Rob Lowe on the grill and then maybe make a little Demi Moore slaw to go with it.

Tiefenthaler and Edgewood brats are supreme. I'm a fan of the Tiefenthaler No Mess Chili Dogs, too.
