I wonder what is up with Brad Reese. Wasn't he close to committing to us? He is one of the only guys left that seems to be decent. Seems like he could come in and contribute right away, but I guess the coaches would know more about that than I would.

Rivals says ISU is high on his list. Followed by
South Florida- Medium
Texas Tech - Medium

he choose to go back to junior college instead of coming here. But with the WJ thing he may change his mind

So he would have 3 years to play? I would think getting to a B12 School with the position that you play wide open would mean he would be back to interested. The only thing that bothered me is that he must not of liked it if he went back to Juco.

I think his juco coach influenced him to play another year at the junior college level. It may be in ISU's interest to give him another call. But I think the spring signing period is over now.

I personally think having a stud PG will go a long ways in recruiting. Guys love playing with a team that has a PG that can get them the rock. Would you commit to play with a D2 Juco walkon? (I know DG is solid, but that is how the situation looks to outsiders.)

When we heard Reese was waiting for the name schools to come calling, I think Brad was already starting to blow up.

Junior College kids always turn the ball over. They are trying to get noticed. Not trying to make the NCAA tourny. To get noticed you have to stand out. Generally that means getting out of control a little bit.

I would not worry to much about a JC TO to assist ratio.

Highly doubt it. If he does commit to Kentucky, it will be for the 09 year I am guessing as I doubt he will be ready academic wise.

It is kind of wierd. You would think Kentucky would be more selective with their offerse but they have offered more scholarships than just about any school out there

I think it is safe to assume that Kentucky doesn't think one of those guys are going to make it. Otherwise they wouldn't offer Reese for this year. They already have 2 players signed that are the exact same type of player as Reese.
