^^^^^^^ Yes, what he said. I am getting a little nervous that I haven't heard anything and we are a little over a week away.
Just got the details for the university package yesterday afternoon, so I understand the concern. Flight out of Des Moines is 2 pm on the 26th. Wish it would have been earlier.

I would imagine that most charters will depart in the middle of the day because airport traffic is so heavy early in the morning (outbound around 6am and inbound throughout the morning).

I was told yesterday that all of the travel documents are expected to be emailed out by the end of day today. Just been waiting on all of the FAA stuff.

I know that our first flight departs at around 1030 AM ... we have like 15 people on the second flight, which is later but I'm not sure what time that is. Those would be the last people who signed up. We ended up splitting a plane with the university to fill that last one.

Just got our email w-itinerary. It looks like my flight is on Southwest, leaving at 7:00 pm. Does this mean we were in that last batch of 15 people? Thanks for arranging this trip—really getting pumped up!
Yeah it just went in the order the you signed up. You still get all of the benefits of our charter, etc. EB Sports Tour folks will be there and all of that stuff. Just a later flight. Wish it was earlier for your guys' sake but it's nothing that we can control. All through the FAA. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
My wife and I will be on board with you . Hate the times but we will make the most of it . Maybe we need a spot to party before the airport
