I know these have been posted before, but to go along with the teacher who picked on you, how about a teacher who inspired you?

I'll go with Ron Krull from Welch Junior High in Ames (anyone remember Welch?). Ron was a history teacher and he chaperoned me and three pals on National History Day in Washington, D.C.. He taught us a lot and made us laugh a lot. He was an all around good guy.

my science teacher in 6th grade tought me what dna is......

and he/she did this how? They weren't collecting samples for CSI or something?

Isn't amazing how everything is always covered with bodily fluids on CSI? I mean it seems like a disproportionate amount. Oh well.

John Dabeet from MCC. Heck of a nice guy and the teacher that got me interested in management. Before I took Econ with him I was an engineering student. :wideeyed:

Miss Holst from 5th grade. Tall, slender, young and wore mini-skirts, and the class materials were stored in cupboards that were 8 feet in the air. Under which, was where my desk was located.

I was inspired nearly every day in her class.
