women actually play about a 1000 rounds a golf per year, but they can only do it as guest. Im sure that Barrack could arrange it if he really wanted to. They need to let me on the course though
Would they let Hillary and Barrack play or just John McCain if they asked?
There is no accounting for taste -- I prefer the landscape and scenery of the old Scottish courses myself. Was lucky emough to visit Augusta National for a practice round in 2000. My sons and I went on Monday the only day they allowed cameras and it was a little more relaxed then the other days (par3 tourney on Wed).....
It is by far the most beautiful setting for a Golf Course you will see, TV as good as it looks does not do it justice. It is immaculatley kept, from tee to green, from rough to hazards.
The elevations are unbelieveable with the contrast in changes that the players have to adapt to. It is funny, beacause Augusta, GA is not a very pretty town except or the Old Money up on the Hillsides.....The town is very average, with a trailer court and Wal-mart with in a block of the front gates, but once inside, it is like Golf Heaven...
We have two gentlemen in the Grand Forks area that are members, one of them uses trips to Augusta with invited friends as a way to subsidize his dues......It has cost some firends around 4-5G to play with him for a weekend and stay in the on course cabins.....invite only (have not got mine yet)

Yes, Both of those are Public Courses. Green fees are around $3-500 Dollars at Pebble Beach. Bethpage is very reasonable $75-100 depending upon availablity, I believe they take open 1st come/ 1st served each day for a limited number, some have sleep in their cars overnight to get one of those spots.I know people that have been to the tournament and have played it as well and this is exactly what they have said. I, unfortunately, have neither been to the tournament or played the course.
I think Bethpage is a public course. I also think Pebble Beach is as well. Is that not correct?
I wouldn't want to play at Augusta. I know it looks really nice and it's magical and all of that, but they are too much of d-bags for me to want to support them...

Pebble Beach is more accessible right? I think I heard around 400-500 a round. Never been, but that would be sweet once!
