Beard or goatee for at least the past 10 years. Only was clean shaved for about a month a year back. Now I look too weird without facial hair. I attempt to keep mine pretty well trimmed and neat looking.

I have had either for all job interviews after college. I do not think it hurts my chances in that area (Work in IT).

And with the women, well just the 1, but the wife prefers me to have a beard and hates it when I shave down to the goatee.

Never had or wanted a beard or mustache. Sometimes I shave twice a day to avoid the sandpaper face.

I did the beard thing a couple of winters, but the shaving it off, with the dry and itchy skin made it not worth it.

About facial hair and interviews...

I've done 9 interviews since I starting growing a beard. 8 of them I kept the beard, 1 I decided to shave. My record in those 9 interviews...8 offers, 1 rejection.

Guess which time I got rejected:no: I will have a beard for every interview I ever do.

I did No Shave November, but fought for legalized manscaping in the rules. I can get a little Kyle Ortonish without trimming the neck and cheeks. I definitely think that a beard can be professional, and as long as it is well-kept I wouldn't worry about it for a job interview.
