Anyone else think that Jimmy Johns is horrible except for the mediocre bread? I could make a better sandwich than them if I had the same bread as them.

Looks like I'm good. I think there is only 3 that I have eaten at since the beginning of the summer.

No worries... I'll just use my free credit monitoring service from Home Depot to watch the cards I used at Jimmy John's now... Lovely.

Seriously though, I just moved into a new house in August. Tons of renovation work, so been buying a ton from HD (bought basically nothing from them previous to this), and JJ's is super convenient to the new house, so of course have had numerous quick lunches/suppers from there...

Well, with the renovation costs, and the fact I just bought a home, it's not like there's any money in my account anyway...

I'm a little surprised it was only 216 stores.

Already had my cards changed for Target. And was just gearing up for Home Depot, so this changes nothing for me. Hooray!

My friend's buddy started as a manager trainee in June at an Iowa City Jimmy John's, it lasted all of two weeks.

the employees were high schoolers or flunkees who basically told this mgr trainee 'you're not my boss, you're a trainee"....and 'fk off'

employee's pants worn halfway down their ***.... one delivery driver had **** piled up in his backseat.....with fresh food he was delivering.

The franchisee/owner just told him he couldn't hire anyone better

:swoon:

I enjoy them. The gargantuan with hot peppers is my favorite. I was a big fan of Big Mikes/Milio's but we dont have one here in town so that blows. Better than subway and quiznos.

There are lots of sub shops out here in CR, for some reason Blimpe still exists out here.

Jimmy Johns isn't my favorite sandwich, I always get one on the wheat bread which I think is much better, but they deliver and that's good enough sometimes.

We used to have one here too on the other side of town. I wonder if its still there. We also have a place called Firehouse Subs, but its overpriced and pretty average.

The delivery of one sandwich is phenomenal. Not many places will do that.
