Would you be more miserable if they lost?

You can always say remember that ****** night that we beat #2 OSU on ESPN. Sure we had to spend the night in the ditch, but we won:smile:!!

Ha, well Im not sold on the weather philosophy. Hands are hands. QB's and receivers on both sides will suffer.

Weather won't matter. Weeden had 25-30 MPH sustained winds in Lubbock last week...no effect on his passing.

Both teams have southern boys on their teams so cold won't matter.

Rain sucks for both teams and the fans.

If you're going to pray, just pray for really good weather and a win.

This.

OSU's offense is VERY good, and would probably be able to adjust to bad weather 20x better than our guys. ISU's best chance in this game is to try and match the output of OSU, and with bad weather, it will be hard for ISU to do that.

Assuming average weather ... what do you think the student turn-out will be like?

Crappy, its thanksgiving break friday and a lot of kids will be heading home. I remember last year the Ohio State/ Iowa game fell on thanksgiving break and a lot of students ditched out on it to go home

I guess that the weather isn't that big of an advantage to us because this season, we haven't really faced bad weather yet, either. Unless I'm mistaken, we haven't really practiced or played in snowy conditions. Sure, the cold sucks, but it affects players on our team just as much as OSU.

Tailgating and watching the game is much more enjoyable with nice weather, and I don't think weather will get us the win. So NO, i am not praying for bad weather, just butter coated OSU hands so we can get the turnovers we need to win!
