Can we have this acronym *** out? I hate when I see that as it makes me say it out while reading. It's crazy how much it's used anymore. Way more offensive than most words that are blocked on here. I know I'm the crazy old man
Does your faith really crumble over three letters?
Unless divine beings are truly that fragile, this seems unnecessary.
Maybe focus more on practicing kindness than controlling language.
Belief shouldn’t require censorship to survive.

I checked my calendar, it’s not April first yet, so I’m not sure how to take this post.

I totally understand how JFC can be especially offensive to some. It's MUCH worse than a lot of just regular non-blasphemous cursing. So I won't hate on the OP for voicing his opinion, that's his right.

But on the other hand... its an abbreviation and this is a public square. I think you have to let it go and deal with it as part of being in "public". And I use it a lot, it kind of really hits the frustrated and angry emotions for me.

I agree with you. However, kindness is not regularly used on this board, especially with this topic.

I don't think he said any of that. I am SURE there are things people have said to you that you find insulting or offensive, that bothered you a lot, but having nothing to do with religion.

The world would be a better place if we all put ourselves in the other guys' shoes a bit. Don't need to agree but at also no need to throw dirt on people.

I agree with you on not censoring it though, as earlier posted. This isn't elementary school on CF.

More like middle school lol.

Being insulted by something real is far more understandable than being insulted by make believe.

Wait, reading/hearing the things other people say is a sin for the recipient now?

Seems like a major loophole in God logic.

I’m getting old and don’t pay much attention anymore but what was up with the students chanting super soaker??
Based on the Jfc thread I would suggest you google it as the answer isn't family friendly.
