We have dabbled in tornados in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, but lets face it a cyclone is a hurricane in the pacific ocean / asia so we should really pursue cylclones a true emblem and these helmets do that. I mean, except the 'cyclones' of ISU specifically was a reference to Tornadoes...and a sports team in Iowa referencing an ocean storm is just as dumb as it is for Tulsa.

And if you're the football coach at ISU, getting a few winning seasons is all the pressure you are under. Fitting.

Something like the throwbacks (maybe a bit more updated) from the 2013 Texas game as a staple would be OK by me, as opposed to the USC replica.

The call for 'alternate uniforms' has always seemed odd, since ISU's never settled on a normal look for more than a few years.

I do like how the last several years we've embraced using the siren sound...it is normally associated with fear, take cover, danger, etc...love how CMC and his staff have really ran with #astormisbrewing #soundthesirens
