Mark Charter is far and away the best real estate person I've ever talked to through an internet forum. But seriously, can't wait to hear what some of the haters have to say about Mark doing a fun giveaway like this. Go Cyclones!

I'm sure it will reference real estate agent fees and how they're bunk and how you can do just as good on your own without somebody who does this every day and how we're all just fools for ever having used anybody with experience in anything we do because honestly, how hard is it to change out a wax ring on a toilet, come on, how could you ever pay anybody for something that easy, just like rewiring your house, that's also super easy and you can do it on a Saturday afternoon, right after you poured a new slab for your shop in the back yard.
