Speaking of James Reed, I believe he started for the Chiefs against the Rams last Saturday night. I am a big Chiefs fan and happened to notice this when the game started. Anyone know if this is a permanent starting position for him?

Iowa State’s only loss to a MAC team in Ames came in a 23-19 loss to Western Michigan in 1994.

I had to deliver the food for WMich in their locker room after that loss. It came from Hickory Park. Not only was I pissed I had to work, last time that ever happened, but that we lost and I had see the WMich team rejoicing.....

I am glad Waldo is gone. Now if he would leave the airwaves.

Go to cyclones.com. Click on the big "Gameday" graphic dead center. That will be there every week, and will have links for pre-game (release, team stats, depth chart), in-game (audio, stats, video--when available) and post-game (story, stats, notes, quotes).
