I'm pretty sure he's not wearing them over his eyes. That would be a little odd, indeed. I wear hats a lot (with the bill forward) and always have sunglasses on me because my eyes are more sensitive to light than most. Dude probably wore them from his car to Hilton, took them off, and not having a case, put them on his hat. That's what I would be doing.

It's a dad move for sure. Could be worse, you could put them upside down on the back of your neck.

That's also popular in Stillwater Oklahoma apparently.

Ya since dumb and dumber came out.

Guy I used to work for could be the clone of Jim Carrey circa Dumb & Dumber era, but with longer hair to about eyebrows and touching the ears. When he came back from the gym or pool it would be center parted (ala Alfalfa in Little Rascals) with whispy "bangs" in the front and it legitimately creeped me out and I couldn't look at him. I was relieved when it dried and the center part faded and it covered his forehead more, but it was still uncomfortable to look at.

For the record, I'm not sure the greasy caesar haircut was ever popular with anyone other than the dudes wearing it.
