SDSU survives, 72-68, in 3 OT.
Cowgirls finished with more TO (25) than FG (24).
Fertig (WYO) played 53:56 out of 55:00. On the floor every second from the start of Q2 until :03 left in OT3.
Mellema (WYO) finished with 53:24; didn't sub out after the first quarter.
Cowgirls had two other starters with 51 minutes. Depth a killer in a game like this.

It’s over…Wyoming goes down after committing their 25th turnover. Three in the third OT. Crazy game.
SD St got up in every ot it was bound to bite Wyoming getting out to slow ot starts. Hopefully they can have a long wnit run.
Her last several games before this last one had her at 11, 22, 17 and 10 minutes. 9, 8, 10, and 1 points scored.
Wyoming just could not hit shots like they did in the semi and had too many TO's. Let's hope for a long run in the wnit.
Fortunately, those types of losses won't impact at large in the NCAAs. NCA&T will be delegated to the WNIT
