Not entirely sure to it's fair to say Brock didn't live up the hype when he was stuck behind a first round NFL talent for his entire time here. He didn't get his senior year to show us what he was capable of.
And he atarted the season well when got the chance, but then got hurt.

team this year was still young and LB was fine despite having 5th stringers playing position. Heacock is a witch doctor make it all work. i'd say reinforce the trenches and get a playmaker at WR and we should be just fine.

Linebacker was about as fine as my hand if I participated in the ordeal during the middle ages. We won games, yes. Had a great season, yes. Was Linebacking play "fine?" No.

Since Mike Rose's crew graduated we've gone from 13th to 37th to 101st in rush defense.

Like, I love Heacock. And the man's a genius. But the fact is our LB play, the last two years, has not been great. And to say "oh, well, they're all coming back, we'll be fine" flies in the face of 2 years worth of data. Yes, this year the injury bug hit to an unprecedented degree. But by our own standards of defense, we have been less and less effective for two years now. We do need an infusion of athleticism and talent cause we're losing one of our best DL and arguably 2 of the best safeties we've had in the modern era.

This is not a time to say "oh, well, we'll be ok."

This seems like a bad decision for this kid …
One year left?? Where is he going? Does he want money ??
It’s pretty easy.

Despite all of the insouciant whining about the linebacker depth, we’re actually going to have lots of talented linebackers back at his position.

And the odds are that far more of them will be healthy than this year.

As it says, he’s a grad transfer. He has his ISU degree.

He wants to go somewhere he has a chance to start for his last season, and doesn’t have to split PT with two other guys.

His choice of a grad or degree may have something to do with it, too.

Not exactly sure.
Where do we sit for numbers? I wonder what is going to happen with the roster reduction. We are going to have to part ways with a few I would think.

I was interested to see that ISU has been in contact with Wazzoo DT Khalil Laufau, a state of Utah kid.

That suggests to me that Big Citrus is at least thinking about goi g early entry to the NFL.

After all, with Zaimir Hawk and Alijah Carnell back, and Ka’Mori Moore enrolling early, it seems like we don’t necessarily need another NG.

Or maybe I’m wrong. Guess we’ll see.

Orange played a lot of end. Move him to end and you have a nasty line.

Might want to wait to see their incoming Portals? How many did ASU have last year?

Kinda looks like they’re clearing space.

Well considering that kinda happend last year... and then they went 3-9. A LOT of contributors are leaving... Fired their OC and a lot of other coaches... seems, bleak.
