Sucks for Breece and Allen, but I do like seeing Rodgers lose and the team turning into a dumpster fire. Sorry, but Saleh was not the #1 problem in New York so this probably fixes nothing.

It's getting to the point where a highly paid team leader can't undermine coaching staff authority while enjoying an Egyptian vacation.

A goddam shame.

The Commanders might actually make the playoffs this year with a new HC and rookie QB. Kingsbury actually looks like a competent NFL offensive coordinator. From the interviews I've listened to, Quinn seems like a fun coach to play for.

Man. I miss those BP-CK days.
Pretty sure/hopefully RB-BB will surpass. That's one tall order.
We tend to chase/follow the likes of Purdy, Breece, Lazard, David.
CK is deserving of the same type of following imo. Dude redefined ISU fun/success. Lmfao, OU passed on this hometown kid

Saleh gone.

Hackett should be out the door as well.

It’s really not a surprise he was fired based on performance, but to have Saleh escorted out of the facility by security… either Saleh didn’t go quietly or the Jets’ owner is a first rate tool.

Maybe a change of coach will change their fortunes for the better… but while the Jets were busy trying to give Rodgers every tool imaginable to throw to, the never appeared to address the offensive line that got him injured in 4 plays last season, and further Rodgers has been hitting wide open defenders all season long.

I know you're trying to dunk on Rodgers, but he's got more TDs than Purdy, Goff, Hurts, and Mahomes with the same number of INTs as Purdy, Goff, and Hurts and fewer than Mahomes - you saying the same thing about the others?

I think the larger point is that Rodgers has not played very well in general, not necessarily compared to other quarterbacks this season, but with his own past performance. This is a guy who is known for production, efficiency, and taking care of the football.
Is the Jets' weakness on the offensive line responsible for that? Probably, at least in part. Age probably has something to do with it as well. And coaching/scheme too.

Rodgers has plenty of blame in this season. Missing mandatory mini camp to galavant around Egypt puts strain on an offense trying to gel. He is supposed to the leader and can’t even bother to show up for that. Undermines the entire coaching staff from the jump. He has this laissez-faire attitude that some think is cool and whatever but it straight up hurts teams. And to top it off, his fascination with Hackett, who is a hack at best, has killed this team.

Maybe we're we're getting spoiled with a guy like Brady. At 44 he was still getting it done.

That's 22 years of NFL ball. Rogers is around season 20 and I'm not sure he's been following the Brady regimen

Rogers has a lot of wear on the tread and 40 ain't 20. But if he falls apart it couldn't happen to a better man or organization

AR has always been a punk of sorts.
Always wondered about his family abandonment.
Punky, no matter the reasons.
Anybody here that thinks he's the Jet's Salvation? Ignorant af.
Have had family issues, like most everyone here. Most of us worked thru it. AR? Likely never

It's crazy how he has followed the same script as Favre. Crushed in GB then goes to Jets and struggles. However I don't see him ending up as a Viking though. :)
