I like the thursday night of the draft. I somewhat tune in on Friday. Saturday I don't think I pay attention at all.Draft day is here. All the speculation can come to an end.
According to this it appears so:Pretty amazing location for a stadium. Wonder if it comes with some addtl development.
Don't forget the curtains for those windows
Judging that picture above it'd be e-w I think.Does the field run North / South or are they stupid like the Cowboys and have it run East / West?

Accordiing to Wikipedia the field at the old RFK Stadium on that site ran:Does the field run North / South or are they stupid like the Cowboys and have it run East / West?
Wow. Their current stadium isn't even 30 years old yet. I suppose they get antiquated quickly these days.
But you can't get that Capitol view that direction.Accordiing to Wikipedia the field at the old RFK Stadium on that site ran:
"RFK Stadium was home to the Washington Redskins for 36 seasons, from 1961 through 1996. The football field was aligned northwest to southeast, along the first baseline."
Then unlike Jerry Jones they better get a good curtain system if needed. But you can't get that Capitol view that direction.
I don't know about new construction, but I would guess older construction didn't leave much room for expansion or renovation. Probably ended up costing (in dollars and ass pain) more to give it a facelift than it would to just build a new one.Wow. Their current stadium isn't even 30 years old yet.
