Power comes from the hairdo. Will need to stop cutting it if he wants to AA.It will work out if he listens to his coaches.
i get what you’re saying but I don’t think that will reflect ISU coaching staff in a bad way. Some guys just don’t make it in certain programs. Seemed like a difficult kid to get his mind straight from the way dresser talked about him in pressers.I hope he stays healthy but I certainly wouldn’t want to see him high AA right after leaving our program. It’s cool if he puts it together his last year of wrestling collegiately
He has a redshirt to burn, maybe he puts it off a year? He could use some consistency at one place for awhile and training while staying healthyCody is going to have his work cut out for him to make the lineup. Unless Cannon goes back down to 149
He’ll be a good pickup for whoever lands him.Rathjen is at the university of Minnesota right now training. Probably a good fit
No doubt. I wonder if he has a medical RS year up his sleeve from this past season. I could see him having 2 years leftHe’ll be a good pickup for whoever lands him.
I thought he did have two years left?No doubt. I wonder if he has a medical RS year up his sleeve from this past season. I could see him having 2 years left
His first year was 2021-22 season which he RS so w/o MedRS he would only have 1 year left.I thought he did have two years left?
He was a 2022 HS grad. 22-23 Cowley 23-24 Pratt 24-25 PrattHis first year was 2021-22 season which he RS so w/o MedRS he would only have 1 year left.
I think he is talking about RathjenHe was a 2022 HS grad. 22-23 Cowley 23-24 Pratt 24-25 Pratt
I guess I didn’t realize that, doesn’t seem like he should be that old.His first year was 2021-22 season which he RS so w/o MedRS he would only have 1 year left.
So what’s the point of saying they don’t count against your eligibility if your 5 year clock still starts? Sounds like they do countJuco years don't count against eligibility but your clock still starts . He's been out of HS 3 years and enrolled at Cowley out of HS. So he has 2 years
A recent NCAA decision determined that JUCO years would not count against the four years of eligibility. But my understanding was that enrollment in JUCO does trigger the start of the five year clock. In which case, someone can salvage one year but not two (if I'm reading it correctly)So what’s the point of saying they don’t count against your eligibility if your 5 year clock still starts? Sounds like they do count
To be clear, I’m responding to the Rathjen question?I guess I didn’t realize that, doesn’t seem like he should be that old.
ASU is in bad shape. As of now their starting lineup looks like a last place team in the BIG12. Bringing in JUCO kids can be good for depth or filling a certain weight. But it’s not going to turn that program around. I do really like Ruiz at 165 though he’s a tuff kid.
